A leaf fell,
From the tree,
Young it was,
Wanted to be free.
He took pride,
In his choice of path,
Left his branch,
For a serene embrace.
Laying there he saw,
A breeze of wind,
He fell in love with,
And got intertwined.
She graced elegantly,
Picked him up in a swift,
He felt elevated,
His heart in a drift.
She moved ahead,
With her speed and grace,
He felt dragged,
With weight and disgrace.
He fell to the ground lifeless,
She moved ahead and,
A little far,
She dissolved without a trace.
So is the story of the leaf and breeze
